I have created, a tailored fitness plan, that can help any one at any fitness level loose weight. The light weight intervals, and multiple repetitions, makes hours spent at the gym fly by with ease. Designed to build  strength, and build dense muscle mass, this gym routine will help you shed fat, in an expected dient amount of time. 3The meal plan in tow,  will help prevent loss of muscle mass, during the fat burning process, while providing  a rich source of energy for your body to burn fat and metabolize calories at optimum capacity.  I have compiled a fairly simple diet, in which you have complete control in what you eat, provided you only eat the foods on the list. NO CHEATING!  The foods diagram helps you understand, how much protein to consume, and is balanced with a healthy intake of complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and limited natural sugars from fruits. 

For the days you are stuck inside, DON’T WORRY!  There is an easy, cardio calisthenics  strength train plan, that uses your own body weight to tone and strengthen muscle. No need for fancy equipment, or complex technical moves. I’ve provided a step by step picture guide to help you have the most effective exercising experience in doors.
